We are currently looking for a stable couple or individual with positive outlook and good communication skills to share vegetarian meals in our beautiful, 3-story, 1910 central-Berkeley home. Option for buying-in after one year. Shared space includes large kitchen, craftsman living room, formal dining room, laundry, bike garage, and garden with two couples including a 3 year old, an infant, and a dog. Current choice of two lovely bedrooms with lots of windows: (1) Master suite (over 400 sq ft) or (2) penthouse room with Golden Gate view. Near restaurants and shopping, on Bus line and walking distance to BART. Exceptional pets considered. Available Oct 1st, but dates may be flexible. Description
We are cheerful, environmentally- and health-conscious, political, queer-friendly, creative people living in a deliberate, long-term community. Abundant, organic kitchen provides healthy food for all housemates and guests. We nourish each other at daily shared evening meals.
